Nevika Innovations Private Limited ("Nevika", "we", "us") operates Vyrona AI (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers you provide when signing in.
- Wellness inputs — data you log in the app such as sleep, mood, steps, water, medications, appointments, and mindfulness sessions.
- AI conversations — messages you send to Vyrona assistants and the responses generated for you.
- Device & usage — basic device, browser, and interaction data used to keep the Service reliable and secure.
2. How we use your data
- Provide the Service, personalize your Mind plan, and generate weekly recaps and insights.
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and secure your account.
- Communicate essential product updates. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI processing
We use third-party model providers (including OpenRouter and its partner model hosts) to generate AI responses. Only the content required to answer your request is transmitted. We do not use your health logs or chats to train third-party foundation models.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted through row-level security so only you (and administrators you explicitly authorize) can read your records.
5. Data retention & deletion
You can delete individual entries at any time from within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email info@nevika.co. We honor deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including India's DPDP Act and the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Children
Vyrona AI is not intended for children under 16. Do not use the Service if you are under this age.
8. Changes
We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
